Whit brings her passion for innovation, activism, and advocacy into her work each day and works from an inclusive, trauma informed, feminist framework. She is a vocal member of the LGBTQ+ community, having established LGBTQ+ inclusive policies, programs and initiatives in various organizations during her career.
She has a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Addictions Counselling and a Masters of Education in Counselling Psychology with a Specialization in Mental Health and Addictions Counselling. Her Master’s research focused on the lived experience of LGBTQ+ individuals.
