Parker joined the Calgary Pride team as their first-ever Executive Director and staff member in 2017. They have a dynamic background in business development with more than 20 years’ experience supporting organizations of all sizes including Victoria Pride Society as Director of Communications and Festival Operations.

Parker is a passionate advocate for building community relationships, and believes diversifying partnerships within that community is essential to the longevity and success of Calgary Pride. They’re an artist, a drag king, a parent to three BadAss kiddos, and above all else, they’re a friend.
